Marine applications are one of the more popular uses for gimbals and gimbal bearings. Designed to Replace the Transom Housing U-Joint Bellows Flange on the Mercruiser Alpha One Gen II. Enables the Gimbal Housing to be repaired and maintained permanently. New bellows (Sierra Part Number 18-2747) with a machined polyvinyl chloride (PVC) repair ring attached to the end, waterproof epoxy, a thickening agent, a brush, a drift, and a bell housing template are included in the kit. Read and abide by the enclosed instructions for preparing the surface before installing the replacement bellows and positioning the waterproof epoxy that is also provided.
